Recommended for such people
- Advanced user model
- Power sprinters for 100m to 200m

This spike is particularly suited for athletes with strong leg power or heavier body weight.
The plate is extremely hard, so the ability to "bend it" becomes a key point.
Therefore, it is a spike suited for power-oriented short sprinters.
It can also be used for 400m, but as a super high-rebound spike, it is expected to place considerable strain on maintaining speed into the latter half of the race.
While it is occasionally seen used by top Japanese athletes in 400m, controlling the rebound requires high skill, so the number of wearers is limited.
Also, caution is advised for use in hurdles, as the strong rebound may cause the athlete to float.

Features

Shape retention and high durability provided by synthetic leather

The upper material is made of synthetic leather, which is durable and resistant to deformation. The previous model had a mesh upper that was soft and well-received for its fit, but it also had a downside of being prone to wear and lower durability due to its thinness. This model increases durability by using synthetic leather for the upper. Additionally, the upper has been changed from mesh in the previous model to synthetic leather in this model, reducing air resistance. While it might seem that the softness is lost and the fit decreases, the sense of secure hold remains. Furthermore, the design features ultra-lightweight synthetic leather and microfiber stripes that are thin and seamless, achieving a fit that clings to the foot while providing solid support.

Upper designed for "wearable athletes"

Similar to Nike, being an overseas product, it has a "narrow foot width" and "low instep" compared to Japanese-made spikes. This spike also has similar characteristics, limiting the "wearable athletes." This is because the "narrow foot width" is due to the upper and sole being designed slim. If the foot does not sit properly on the narrower sole compared to Japanese-made spikes, it will inevitably lead to greater instability upon landing. Therefore, athletes with wider feet may find it difficult to feel secure. As a result, athletes whose feet do not fit may tend to land by avoiding the little toe side.

Carbon plate with the highest hardness

The pin count is 6, with 7mm fixed ceramic pins. The plate itself contains carbon, making it extremely hard and highly responsive, which makes it difficult to maintain balance. Like other Adidas short-distance spikes, it is so hard that it cannot be easily bent by hand. As a result, considerable "leg strength" and "technical skill" are required to bend the plate. Without the technique to fully transfer body weight and connect to the push-off, the load can be applied directly, posing a risk of injury. The surface of the sole is coated with plating, and over time, this plating will peel off, revealing the silver sole underneath. If used frequently in practice, it will wear out quickly and peel off, so caution is advised.

High-curvature plate that curves up from the toe

▶ About sole curvature
According to Picker's research, the sole curvature is rated the highest at 5 on a 5-point scale, making it the most inclined spike. The spike with the highest inclination among short-distance spikes is the Asics Sonic Sprint Elite series, but this spike follows closely with its own unique inclination. In particular, the toe is highly curved, designed for ground contact at the forefoot. Therefore, it is suited for athletes who push off with the ball of the foot, using more tendon strength than flat-footed athletes. However, since the area from the ball of the foot to the heel is flat, athletes who can roll from flat contact to kick at the toe can also utilize it.
