A durable and stable sole
The upper material is made of mesh, providing excellent breathability and stability. There are supports at the junction with the sole plate, making the upper resistant to tearing and minimizing movement inside the shoe during landing. While its stability is commendable, the material is quite thick, so it is expected to absorb water and become heavier on rainy days. Additionally, the weight is 170g (26cm), making it the heaviest track spike for middle to long distances. It is not recommended for those who prefer very lightweight spikes. Rather, it is suitable for those who have concerns about stabilizing each step or want spikes that can handle various distances.

Generous and wide size fit
The overall structure of the upper is designed to be quite wide from the heel to the toe. The instep is also made higher, providing a comfortable fit. The tongue and shoelaces in the instep area are made of soft materials, allowing for a snug fit even when tightly laced. In terms of width, it is wider than the beginner-friendly Effort series spikes from Asics, making it a spacious fit for track events, excluding long jump spikes. Additionally, the black material at the heel is made of a firmer material, reducing heel slippage during landing. These features contribute to its high evaluation in terms of stability for each step.

Grip that firmly holds the ground
◆ About the pins There are 9 pins, with replaceable 7mm pins placed at the four corners of the forefoot and fixed 4mm pins in the center. This structure provides high grip and stability for both short and middle-distance events. The pin arrangement is spaced out at the corners, making it usable for both forefoot and flat running. ◆ About the sole The plate has very high flexibility, making it less likely to put strain on the calves and hamstrings, supporting the run until the end. This shoe embodies the manufacturer's (Mizuno) catchphrase: "Designed for speed to win in the final stretch. A middle-distance model." However, note that the rebound is relatively low.

Designed to accommodate distances from short to long
The curvature of the sole is the steepest among middle-distance spikes. It uses a plate originally from Mizuno's short-distance spike, GeoMach, resulting in a curvature comparable to that of short-distance spikes. Therefore, it is well-suited for those who shift their center of gravity forward with a forefoot running style. Additionally, a highly cushioned material similar to the midsole of running shoes is used from the midfoot onward, reducing the impact on the feet during landing. With its cushioning and short-distance compatible sole, it is most suitable for use in middle-distance events (800m to 1500m).
