Upper made with lightweight and highly breathable Celermesh
The upper is designed with only laces. The lack of a belt results in slightly less hold during takeoff. Since 2020, it has transitioned from fabric + artificial leather to polyester, improving lightweight and breathability. This weight reduction and improvement in breathability are achieved by using a recycled polyester fabric called Celermesh. Unlike before, this Celermesh is less prone to weight increase and uneven strength due to stitching. The texture feels somewhat plastic-like. Breathability is overwhelmingly good. While there is not much difference in breathability on the sole side among various brands, the upper part's breathability is vastly superior. It cannot be compared to those covered entirely in artificial leather.

Spacious structure designed for comfort
The width of the forefoot provides ample space for the toes to move freely inside. In contrast, the area from the arch to the heel is relatively narrow, which may feel a bit tight when standing upright. For reference, those who find the Field Geo LJ-C comfortable at 26cm may find 25cm suitable for the Adizero LJ, but in this case, the "lightness" will change significantly, making it lighter than the Zoom LJ4/NIKE. In this case, the parameters and actual feel may vary slightly. Additionally, since the previous model had an artificial leather forefoot, the weight distribution leaned towards the front, making it feel heavier than its actual weight when swung like a pendulum. However, due to the aforementioned changes, the weight distribution has improved, successfully achieving a lightness greater than the reduction in weight.

A sole that grips the ground like a grater
The outsole is covered with wire-like sharkskin, significantly enhancing friction with the ground during takeoff. The hardness of the sole is above average; it is not as hard as the Zoom LJ4/NIKE or Field Geo LJ/MIZUNO, but it is clearly harder than the Long Jump Pro/ASIC. The number of pins is low at seven, which slightly compromises the grip needed for long jump spikes. However, as mentioned earlier, the full sharkskin surface can provide grip (stability upon landing) beyond expectations. That said, since it cannot be expected to provide the same friction as pins, if stability during takeoff is a concern, it would be better to choose the Field Geo LJ. The tip of the toe is designed to leave fewer traces of fouls. (According to an employee from a certain S company)

A slope design typical of Adidas soles
As indicated by its thickness, it is a very hard plate. Bending this plate to gain rebound is extremely difficult, but when achieved, the explosive power is immense. Additionally, the toe area is designed wide, allowing for comfortable wear without stress. The slope is moderate among long jump spikes, and although it may appear to have a thick sole from the outside, it surprisingly feels sloped when worn.
