Upper featuring durability, thinness, and breathability
The upper material is made of synthetic fiber with a Russell structure, which is a combination of horizontal and vertical knitting, making it durable. Additionally, when you put your hand inside, the upper is thin enough to be slightly translucent from the outside, and the tongue is also quite thin, providing a fit that hugs the top of the foot. Due to the low elasticity of the laces, when tied, there is a slight gap between the tongue and the shoe, which may be a concern for those who are particular about fit. Therefore, it needs to be tied tighter than other shoes. The texture of the laces is smooth, and if not tied tightly, they can easily come undone, so caution is necessary.
A wider upper that can accommodate athletes with broader foot widths
Sizes are only produced between 23.0 and 28.5cm. The width is relatively wide, providing a comfortable fit without tightness. The toe area is reinforced and made slightly harder compared to the upper over the toes. The upper over the toes is also thin enough that the yellow sole inside is slightly visible. The heel features a firmer heel counter, providing a sense of heel hold and stability to prevent the foot from shifting upon landing.
Sole with overwhelming rebound power
The pins are replaceable with a 2-2 arrangement of four pins, and metal 5mm double parallel column pins are included. Like the Zoom Matumbo 3 and ULD5K, it has a relatively low number of four pins among long-distance spikes, and the length is short at 5mm, resulting in low friction and making it difficult to apply brakes. ▶ Sole hardness The hardness of the sole is second only to the ASICS Gunlap 2 among domestic manufacturers, making it a very high-rebound sole. The plate material is made of nylon and is much harder compared to the subsequent model COSMORACER LD2. ▶ Sole shape The forefoot of the plate is extensively hollowed out, contributing to weight reduction. The weight itself is 130g, which is heavier than NIKE and New Balance, but slightly lighter compared to Adidas and other domestic manufacturers.
Flat-shaped sole with no incline
