Ultra-lightweight mesh upper with a secure fit for peace of mind
The upper material is an ultra-lightweight mesh upper. It has breathability suitable for long-distance running, keeping your feet comfortable and protected from heat. Although it has low elasticity, it fits snugly around the legs and wraps the entire foot. There are countless small ventilation holes throughout the upper, including the instep and sides, designed to provide high breathability and dissipate "heat." Additionally, like the Mamba V, Matumbo 3, and Zoom Victory 3, it features cushioning on the inside of the heel to hold the foot in place, ensuring stability without slipping inside the shoe. It provides a gentle yet snug fit, offering stability for running long distances with confidence.

Upper with a slightly larger size feel
The size is slightly larger than other spikes, so it is recommended to wear -0.5cm smaller than your usual size. For example, if you wear 26.5cm in Matumbo 3, 26cm in Dragonfly would be just right. - Heat dissipation × "holes" that hold the heel There is a large ventilation hole slightly above the upper heel area, allowing heat to escape, preventing heat from accumulating inside the shoe and wasting energy. Moreover, not only for heat dissipation, but it is designed to snugly fit the heel, serving as a "universal hole" that keeps it stable and prevents movement inside the shoe.

A cheat shoe that combines cushioning and responsiveness
There are six pins, and replaceable 7mm needle pins are included. The forefoot plate, devised based on data from hundreds of runners, supports weight transfer during landing. The ZoomX foam, a unique material from NIKE that combines cushioning and responsiveness, is used in the spikes for the first time, providing more cushioning than any previous spikes like the Mamba V, Matumbo, and Zoom Victory 3. Furthermore, the plate material Pebax® is resin-based, making it easier to bend compared to carbon, allowing for smoother and easier propulsion from the push-off. Compared to the running shoe "Vaporfly," which uses the same material, the rebound feels slightly faster. Therefore, in sprinting competitions, it excels over the Vaporfly, but the Vaporfly offers higher cushioning, while the Dragonfly places more strain on the legs.

Sole designed for easy entry with an incline
The curvature of the sole may appear flat at first glance, but it actually has the greatest angle of curvature compared to any other NIKE long-distance spike. This shape allows for better propulsion by landing on the forefoot. A Pebax® plate is embedded from the toe to the entire heel, providing responsiveness across the entire sole. Additionally, the ZoomX material in the midsole is more concentrated in the forefoot than in the heel, allowing the responsive plate and responsive midsole to gather in the forefoot, generating a higher rebound force.
