Upper that links with the sole
The biggest feature of the Cyber Blade is the adoption of Cyber Fit, which lifts from the heel with a belt. This allows for a secure fit around the heel when tightening the belt, creating a sense of unity between the foot and the spike from the heel area. Additionally, by using stretch material at the top of the tongue, friction between the ankle and tongue during running is reduced. As a result, you feel less movement of the shoe upon landing, and the unity between the shoe and foot is exceptional, making it feel like there is no braking. The structure fixes the ankle, midfoot, and forefoot with a belt, minimizing power loss due to slippage between the foot and spike, thus enhancing performance.

Designed for Japanese foot shape
The width of the Cyber Blade HF received a mid-level rating of 3 out of 5. However, due to the slightly stiff material, those with wider feet may feel a bit cramped in the toe area. Even athletes who cannot wear narrow foreign short-distance spikes like NIKE, ADIDAS, or New Balance can wear the Cyber Blade without any issues. The heel area is firmly held, preventing any movement within the spike. The heel is also solid, creating a situation close to zero slippage, allowing for a stress-free running experience.

Sole that allows you to feel the ground
The pin arrangement is 1-3-4 from the toe, with three fixed pins among them. The fixed pins play a crucial role in gripping the ground, and since the central pin is positioned in the middle, it can capture the ground's force without waste. Moreover, it has the softest sole among Asics' all-weather specific spikes. The plate is designed to reduce power loss during sprints. The heel area contains cushioning material, making it suitable for the strong impacts encountered in hurdles. While the entire spike is quite soft, the arch area is hard, which may be a concern for sensitive individuals. It is also characterized by minimal strain on the legs.

For intermediate users and above. Moving beyond beginner soles
Although the plate has an angle, the numerous pin arrangements and minimal distortion of the sole make it a stable spike upon landing. The Cyber Blade is slightly tilted inward, making it easier to place weight on the ball of the foot. This allows for a strong push against the ground when taking off, providing an excellent feel during lift-off. Due to the high angle of the plate, those with weaker calf muscles may be prone to injury, so caution is necessary.
