Further polished skeleton upper
The upper is secured with laces. Compared to the Geo Silencer 8, this model aims for a lighter upper in addition to fit. It features a durable synthetic leather and a lightweight skeleton structure. The minimum framework necessary for foot fixation is retained, while the rest is trimmed down to reduce the weight of the upper material to the extreme. Contrary to its appearance, the fit is very high, allowing you to run without feeling any slipping of the foot during races or high-speed events. Due to the skeleton structure, breathability is very high, making it difficult to feel discomfort from moisture during races like the 400m. On the other hand, there are issues such as the toes getting cold during rainy races or poor cold resistance.

Spacious design suitable for those with wider feet
The upper is designed to be wider, so it can be worn even with wide feet. Even if you have had trouble with the width of spikes, you can wear these spikes relatively true to size. The toe area is also relatively spacious, making it easy to wear, but since it is securely wrapped in synthetic leather, some individuals may feel constricted. The heel area does not have a structure that tightens the heel with a belt like Chrono Inks, so if your feet are too narrow, you may be concerned about blisters or instability while running. Compared to the Geo Silencer FX, which has a similar upper and sole shape, the stitching in the heel area is slightly different, but there is no significant difference in fit.

A sole that is easy to ground, characteristic of MIZUNO
The pins are arranged in a total of 9 (with 6 fixed pins) in a 2-3-3-1 (outer) configuration from the toe. The number of pins is relatively high compared to other spikes, and the arrangement of the pins spreads over a wide area from the toe to the middle of the forefoot, providing support during ground contact. Additionally, the sole uses a honeycomb structure, achieving a sole that is both rigid and flexible. Moreover, it is very lightweight and durable. On the other hand, compared to other Mizuno advanced spikes, it lacks rebound, so athletes looking for higher rebound spikes should be cautious.

Stable pin configuration and flat sole
The curvature of the sole is relatively small, making it easy to achieve flat ground contact. With a wide pin width and evenly distributed, you can run while cushioning the impact of landing. This spike is highly recommended for practice use or for beginner to intermediate athletes to use in competitions. The rebound is somewhat weak, so athletes wanting stronger rebound are recommended to purchase other advanced Mizuno spikes.
